Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous
Making "Major Movie Star" now called "Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous" with Jessica Simpson was a blast! I really consider my role as Petrovich in the movie to be a great opportunity to do comedy. I play Jessica’s best friend in the movie. We join the army, and I get to wear combat gear including the fake rifle (which was still very heavy). I loved working with Jessica, Viveca A. Fox, and Cheri Oteri. They are all great actresses, and I learned so much from working with them. The movie is a lighthearted look into the life of a spoiled actress (Jessica Simpson) who enlists in the Army.
My involvement in the film helped me understand a little bit about what soldiers go through when they enlist in the armed forces. I'm glad to be a part of "Private Valentine". I always try to learn something on each project. Steve Miner is a wonderful director, and everyone on the set was supportive and great to work with.
I loved hanging out with Jessica. I think that she’s a wonderful person and a great comedienne. Jessica is a spirited soul and a very hard working actress.
"Private Valentine" is a very different movie for me, and I'm glad I got to try new things and stretch in the role. I really think that audiences will love the movie-especially if they just want to laugh because it is really funny.
