Making "Major Movie Star" with Jessica Simpson was a blast! I really consider my role as Petrovich in the movie to be a great opportunity to do comedy. I play Jessica’s best friend in the movie. We join the army and I get to wear combat gear including the fake rifle (which was still very heavy). I loved working with Jessica, Viveca A. Fox, and Cheri Oteri. They are all great actresses and I learned so much from workingwith them. The movie is a lighthearted look into the life of a spoiled actress (Jessica) who enlists in the Army.
My involvement in the film helped me understand a little bit about what soldiers go through when they enlist in the armed forces. I'm glad to be a part of "Major Movie Star". I always try to learn something on each project. Steve Miner is a wonderful director, and everyone on the set was supportive and great to work with.
I loved hanging out with Jessica. I think that she’s a wonderful person and a great comedienne. Jessica is a spirited soul and a very hard working actress.
"Major Movie Star" is a very different movie for me and I'm glad I got to try new things and stretch in the role. I really think that audiences will love the movie-especially if they just want to laugh because it is really funny.

Fox, Olesya Rulin, Cheri Oteri, and Steve Guttenberg complete the cast. "Major Movie Star" proves that blondes can have just as much fun in fatigues as they can in designer clothes. Filmed on location in Shreveport, Louisiana. “Major Movie Star” has a release date scheduled for the summer of 08.
